Remembering and Honoring Loved Ones
Losing a loved one does not mean the loss of treasured memories. Hospice of Marion County offers many ways to memorialize your loved one or honor a living relative or friend.
Call us for more information on memorial and honorarium giving opportunities at (352) 291-5143.
Memorial donations are integral for our ability to provide a comprehensive array of services to those who rely on us during this often difficult period of life. Your support means the same level of excellent compassionate care is provided to all who come to us, regardless of their ability to pay. Please be generous in your remembrance as you create a lasting tribute to those who have made such a difference in your life.
Giving Opportunities Include:
The Memorial Park
In the serene setting between Estelle’s House and The Monarch Center for Hope and Healing, the Memorial Park offers peaceful respite for meditation, remembrance and celebration. Our beautifully landscaped park features red brick paving stones and a granite memorial wall. Both may be engraved in memory or in honor of a loved one.

The Dunlevy-Levenson-Burchel Family Veterans Circle of Honor
There is no greater honor than to serve in the military of our great country. In recognition of that service, and thanks to the generosity of Grace Dunlevy and Bob Levenson, Hospice of Marion County has established a Veterans Circle of Honor as a tribute to loved ones living or deceased. Brick paving stones may be engraved with an honoree’s name, branch and dates of service. There are five Branch of Service Monuments for names and military ranks to be engraved.
Circle of Honor and Memorial item packages are available. Please call (352) 291-5143 for options.
